If you have a closed guard and your opp stands with his feet parallel...
1. Reach around the back of both your opp's heels
2. Unlock your feet and pinch your knees together in front of your opp's stomach
3. Simultaneously:
- Pull his feet towards you
- Push his hips away with your knees
4. Either reach around the back of your opps neck or grab his collar to help pull you onto of him to get to mount
As your reach around your opp's heels and pinch your knees together your opp realizes he is going to be swept backwards so he leans his weight forward....
1. Let go of your opp's heels and grab both of his arms by his gi near the elbow...and pull him forward towards your head
2. Lift your ass up and roll forward while using your knees to drive your opp's stomach forward
3. The momentum will roll him forward- Do a backwards somersault to end up in the mount position
