From side mount (both your hands on the opposite side of your opp) when your opp has his knee up and his foot across to his other knee, which is a typical defense to prevent someone from mounting you...
1. Step your back foot up behind your opp's ass keeping your knee tight to his thigh
2. Your bottom hand reaches back over his shin under the bend of his knee. Then lift his foot up and hold his shin tight to your chest - You might have to post your top hand on the mat to help you balance
3. Take your other knee and drive it across his hip (your knee will be by his groin and your foot should be by his hip with your ball of foot down)
4. Pinch your knees and sit back keeping your opp's leg straight - Your groin should be just above his knee
5. Your bottom hand is holding is foot (bend of the elbow around his achilles) and your top hand holds your bottom hand and you lift your hips to finish the knee bar
