1. Start with a good grip on both of your opp’s sleeves
2. As your opp stand, put right foot on his hip and turn towards your right hip. Get your left shin on opp’s bicep
3. Roll onto your left hip and get your right shin on your opp's bicep
This usually doesn't take long...it is very quick. You roll one way and get the shin up then quickly roll back the other way and get the other shin up. So now both your shins are on your opp's biceps
4. Roll to your right hip and put your right foot on opp’s bicep and straighten leg..push his arm away as far as you can. You want to put a lot of pressure on his arm.
5. Wrap you left around the outside of opp’s arm (over the elbow) and tuck your toes in
