If Opponent has both hands out wide on the mat. This usually happens as soon as someone takes your back, before he has a chance to get hand and arm, underhooks or a choke.
1. As soon as he took your back your hands should’ve crossed your neck to protect against the choke…quickly unlock your hands and post them (in a push up position) to push yourself up, than walk back and get your ass in the air with your legs straight...almost in a position like you are touching your toes
2. Your opp should be up high on your back by your shoulders at this point you’re almost out the back door, the only thing keeping him on your back is his hooks
3. Get one of his hooks out- Bring your leg IN (closer to the other leg) and kick your leg straight back to free yourself from his hook and put your leg back down. Now your opp has both hands forward on the mat and only one hook in.
4. Whichever leg you got loose you want to grab his opposite hand- Using both of your hands, pull his arm in...he now has no base so he fall (shoulder rolls) off your back
5. Stay standing, you do NOT want to fall with him. Keep your balance by keeping your legs straight, if your knees are bent you will likely fall with your opp
6. You can take side mount, knee on stomach etc.
