1. Starting with arms crossed to defend
2. If opp goes for choke with his right hand, first defend with left hand by grabbing his wrist, as your right hand grabs his tricep.
3. Pull his arm over your head to your left shoulder and trap it there by holding his tricep tight his your leg hand
4. You are going to roll onto your back now. Roll to your right because the arm you are holding would be his post for that side. As you roll get your elbow to the mat right away and get your hips to the ground.
5. Then just roll into his guard
