Start with right leg across opp's stomach and left leg over opp's head on his left shoulder. As your opp tries to pass your guard to your left....
1. Stop him by pushing one hand on your neck and the other on his hip. Make sure that your arms lock out...if they are bent he will be able to get his chest down and pass the guard
2. Bring your left leg across his stomach
3. Bring your right leg over his head
Repeat back and fourth...
