If your opp moves his hand back across his body and holds onto your butt or leg to help him breath...
1. Take your left hand and grab your opp's right wrist (you want to keep his elbow bent while you transition to the omoplata)
2. Unhook your left leg from around your right foot
3. Swing your left leg around opp's shoulder as your switch your hips using your right leg as momentum
4. Once you get into the Omoplata position triangle your legs, put your left hand over your opp's hip and finish the lock
