Guard: Arm Bar (Transition from Triangle)

1. Take your left foot and bring it around your opp's head

2. Cross your feet (I like to put the foot that is over the head UNDER your other foot so your opp can not reach back and push your foot off the head, but it really doesn't matter that much)

3. Pinch your knees

4. Hold your opp's wrist with both hands and pull his arm straight down to your chest

5. Lift your hips
