Guard: Pass Defense into Triangle

If your opp is trying to pass your guard by reaching both his arms under your thighs and clasping his hands together...

1. Sit up! As you sit up use your left hand as a post behind your to help you scoot your butt back. It is important to get your heels to the ground (to the outside of your opp's legs, not in a butterfly position)

2. Your right hand reaches under your opp's left arm then your left hand grabs your right (gable grip- right hand on top)

3. Simultaneously;
- Straighten your right leg
- Pull his arm up- breaking his grip

4. Sit back and lift your right leg over his back and trianlge your feet
