As you are doing the sweep from the leg work position and you go to get knee on belly your opps pushes into your chest so you can't sit up....
1. Your bottom arm (the one farthest from his head) reaches OVER then swims UNDER your opp's arm (It is important to keep his arm as tight to your body as possible and pinch your ear to your shoulder to keep it there) - Lock your forearm right under his elbow
As you are doing this your other arm (the one closest to his head and posted behind you for balance)
2. You use your support arm to scoot your butt back then you bring that arm up and hold bicep to bicep to hold the lock in place.
3. Both arms push down to finish the lock
