Takedown: Single Leg w/ Snap Down

You start with right hand on your opp's collar and left arm on sleeve by elbow...your left leg is forward...

1. Pull your opp's right leg forward by stepping back. When you step back keep your left leg forward, so step back right then left.

2. Let go of opp's elbow, reach around your opp's front leg keeping your head to the inside on his chest

3. Simultaneously lift his leg and pull him forward by his collar
