Guard: Sweep from Wrist Control w/ Gi

Start by getting wrist control.

1. Push yourself back a little and get your shins on your opp's biceps

2. Take one leg (we will use right for this example) and bring it across your opp's stomach. Not the same direction as a scissor sweep, do it with your knee pointed outward.

3. Keep god pressure on his bicep

4. Push yourself in the direction that your knee is pointing, on as much of a 90 degree angle as possible.

5. Take your right hand and let go of his wrist and grab your opp's pants by his knee (you can also grab under his leg or foot)

6. Keep his left hand tight to your hip so he can not post as you sweep. Drive your left foot outwards as your throw his leg over.

Get to cross side position
