1. Lift one leg up and across your opp's neck and cross your feet
2. Grab the tricep of your opp's arm, lift your hips and pull his arm across your body
3. Put your foot on his hip turn your body so you are looking at his ear
4. Grab your own shin and pull your leg tighter behind your opp's neck
5. Triangle your legs
6. Pinch your knees and pull your opp's head down to get the tap
Your leg cuts off the blood flow to one of your opp's carotid arteries and his own arm cuts off the other until he is forced to tap.
You can start this submission from a closed guard or from feet on hips with double wrist control
