Half Guard: Escape

1. Starting with left leg free and right leg around opp's leg

2. Get under hook with left arm, keep right arm on opp's bicep (elbow down)

3. Hip out to left side and scoot yourself low towards opp’s hips - use underhook to push opp up

4. Right hand reaches under opp’s shin and pulls foot tight to his butt

5. Left arm reaches behind him and grabs his foot

6. Switch feet (hook with left leg, get right knee out)

7. Get to knee's and reach right hand around opp’s knee, pull leg to sweep

8. Circle to outside and take cross side position
