Takedown: Single Leg Trip

1. Start with head control (right hand)

2. Get tight under hook with your left arm, put your head tight to his head and circle to your left

3. This will pull your opp's weight forward onto his right leg

4. As soon as he puts his weight on that leg...drop down clasp your hands around his waist (gable grip) and put your head to his chest. Give pressure with your head to push his shoulders back and use your grip around his waist to pull his hips into you.

5. Take your left leg and wrap it around his right leg (low behind the ankle not the knee) and pull his foot off the ground

Both you and your opps are now standing on one leg

7. HOP back counter clockwise and your opp will fall

8. You should be able to get your leg over your opp's and get to side mount
