Takedown: Single leg w/ Trip

1. Starting with both hands having inside control (on opp’s biceps)

2. You want to pull the leg that you want to take grab forward, so you pull your opp and circle him towards that leg to get him to put weight on it

3. Drop both hands down around the back of his knee (gable grip) and put your head on your opp's chest (Do not put your head too low or he can defend the takedown by pushing your head away) and bump him back. This bump gets the weight off is front leg and makes it easier to pick his leg up

4. Now pull him forward to get his supporting leg forward

5. With your right hand (or inside hand) reach around the back of his supporting knee (thumb down) and drive forward to trip him and get the takedown

6. Step your leg out over your opp’s leg and walk up to side mount
