Spider Guard: Switching Sides

1. As you unhook your toes from your opp's arm, simultaneously bend your opposite knee while keeping good pressure on his bicep to keep him off balance. You are actually bending your knee inward while still pushing pressure outward!

2. Unwrap your leg and get foot on bicep (both feet are now on biceps) and hip out to the other side fast

3. Straighten left leg to put pressure on the opp’s bicep

4. Wrap right leg around outside of opp’s arm and tuck toes in
