Spider Guard: Triangle/Arm Bar Set Up

When you are switching sides with your spider guard, if your opp tries to stack you...

1 Put your foot on his hip rather than his bicep

2. Take opposite foot off bicep, lift your hips and put leg over back of opp’s neck

3. Lock your legs first, than decide if you want to go for the triangle or the Arm bar
