Takedown to Arm Bar

You MUST keep your opp tight while doing this move!

1. Start with head and arm control. Right hand on head, left on tricep

2. Bring your right leg (or as a rule of thumb, the same side which has head control) up across his body, tucking your foot under his armpit

3. At the same time lay back on a 90 degree angle

Your weight will pull him down with you, he can not support all your weight so he will fall to his knees

4. Immediately swing your left leg over your opp's head and finish the arm bar
