When you have your opp's back with head and arm control (left arm over shoulder and right arm underhooked) and your hooks in...
1. Snugly bring your left arm around your opp's head (keeping the gable grip) and pull his elbow up to your chest and lock your arms elbow to elbow
2. Take out your left foot and pass your knee across the back of his neck, sliding your shin down across his right ear while locking your instep behind his neck - As you do this, your right leg turns perdendicular across his stomach so your body is now at a 90 degree angle with your opp
You can finish the Arm Bar with your stomach down by...
3. Pinching your knees, grabbing his wrist like a baseball bat and holding it to your chest...while driving your hips down to the mat.
Or you can roll your opp to his back and finish him there....
3. Your left foot pulls his head down while your right lifts his body up as you twist your hips to roll your opp forward so his back is to the mat. You can also reach under his foot with your bottom hand and lift his leg to help him roll over. Once he is on his back switch your leg to the front of his neck, pinch your knees and lift your hips to finish the lock.
