Defense: Triangle

Option 1

1. POSTURE UP

2. Stand up and get one knee in the middle of his butt and sit so that knee opens his legs

3. Pop your head out and pass to side mount immediately

If your opps has not gotten your arm across your throat yet...

1. Reach both arms around his neck in Thai clinch position

2. Pull his chin to his chest

3. Sprawl your legs out

Option 4

1. Grip both your hands together

2. Stand up

3. PUMP your hands up as your look up to break his legs open

Option 5

Sit and Pry

1. Stand up, then sit on your butt getting your butt as close to his as possible

2. Reach around and put your hands on his stomach, followed by both your legs

3. Pry your head back (like posturing laying down)
