1. You always want to roll in the direction that your opp is turning your heel!! If you try to roll the other way you will tighten the lock
2. Roll to your stomach - Get your hands to the mat
3. Drive your knee down to the mat - Once your knee is on the mat you are free from the heel hook
4. Your other foot pushes off his ass and your pull your leg free (Almost like a sprinter starting a race) In a tourney you want to make this as unconfortable as possible!
