If your opp stand up in your guard with his head forward (bad posture)
1. Put both of your feet on his hips
2. Hold both of his triceps and pull his arms outward
3. Bring your knees forward (outside your opps arms) pulling him off his feet so you are holding him up in the air
4. Roll backwards as your push your opp's body over your head....you will land in mount
