If your opp stand up in your guard with bad posture (head forward)....
1. Put your feet on his hips
2. Hold both of his triceps and pull them outwards
3. Lift your straight up in the air (Superman)
4. Push up with your right foot to twist your opp's body
5. Your right hand turns your opps left arm upwards (turn like a steering wheel) and your left arm turns his right arm down (whichever foot is pushing his hip up that hand turns upwards)
As he falls off your feet and turns....
6. Kick your left foot (or whichever foot did NOT push his hip upwards) over his head and get the Arm Bar
