Side Mount: Arm Bar Escape from Cross Side

If your opp has cross side position on you (bottom arm hugging hip, top arm giving shoulder pressure to chin)....

1. Position your hands in a normal defensive position (inside arm on hip, outside arm across opp's throat, nearside knee tight to opp's body)

2. Create space...use your hands to push opp away as your hip out backwards...

3. Lift your hips and get your outside leg over your opp's head as you get your inside knee across his belly

4. Grab opps arm and finish the arm bar
