Guard Pass from Open Guard

1. Grab the inside of both of your opp's knees by his pants (thumbs inward) - elbows in so he can not put his feet on your hips

2. Swim you left hand your opp's right leg and grab his belt

3. Lower your head to the same side (left) putting your head tight to his hip and the floor, with your shoulder pressed down hard on his stomach

4. Step back with your right leg

5. Push his left leg down to the mat

6. Step over with your right leg (but do not put your knee down, keep all the weight on your shoulder)

7. Now you can either high leg your left leg over then put it tight to his hip and get side mount

or

7. Just Immediately bring your left knee to your opp's hip

**Better opponents might roll you if your try to high leg over but this way keeps more weight on them.
