From the mount position, if your opp sits back with an arm bar...
**Timing is very important with this defense!**
1. Turn your legs out AWAY from your opp, towards his feet! Your inside leg kicks over your outside as your switch your hips, rolling to your stomach.
2. As you do this you are turning your thumb up
Once you do this it turns your arm so it can no longer be threatened. Immediately pull your arm out and look to get to side mount.
