If you are mounted, when you opponent goes for the arm bar...
1. The arm that is being arm barred holds your other arms bicep, and that arm holds your opp's elbow
2. Swing your legs up to get momentum and as they drop scissor them towards your opp to help you get up pushing your opp onto his back
3. Bring your knee (the same side of the one that is being arm barred) up under your opp's butt
4. Let go of your opp's elbow and grab his leg
5. Then shake your arm out until it is free....immediately take that arm and reach across to your opp's opposite shoulder, pop your head out and pass to side mount
