From the mount...
1. Reach your right arm deep into the opposite collar of your opp and drop your elbow so your forearm chokes him
Then he will normally reach across with his right arm to pull your arm up to free the choke...
2. Using your left hand, push his elbow across his body and pin his arm down with your chest, as your slide your left knee behind his head. Grab his left arm with your left arm and pull it up so you can slide your instep under his shoulder...now you can balance on him without worrying abour being rolled
3. Your left hand grabs his gi deep in between his shoulder and neck
From here you do one of two submissions, which is why this is called a double attack. If your opp leaves his arm up you sit back with the arm bar. If your opp thinks your are going for the arm bar he is pull his elbow down and open up his neck, if he does that...Go back to regular mount, pinch your hands together, pull your elbows in as you lower your head towards the side of the hand that is on top...to get the tap
