When sitting in front of your opponent who is on his knees....
1. Reach your right hand and grab the (opposite) right side collar of your opp. Make a fist and keep your arm straight! This will keep your opp away from you...
(You are starting sitting on your left ass cheek with your left hand on the mat)
As he pushes forward into you to pass your guard...
2. Using you left hand...Scoot out to the left and switch onto your right hip and put your right foot on your opp's left knee.
3. Push his knee back so he has no base and pull him down hard so he is laying on his stomach next to you. Immediately kick your left leg over his back and get your hook in to take his back
