SIT OUT TO JUDO POSITION- If you have your top hand on the opposite side of opp's head and your bottom hand checking his hip....as he bumps up and rolls into you
1. Your bottom hand immediately underhooks his arm
2. Your top hand comes to the other side of his head (quickly give shoulder pressure to flaten
out
3. Your sit your legs thru to judo position as your top arm grabs your opp's bottom arm
(with gi grab seem by tricep, with no-gi reach around and grab tricep)
SIT OUT TOWARDS FEET- If you have regular cross side position (Top hand giving shoulder pressure, bottom hand hugging opposite hip and your bottom knee checking his nearside hip) Most time your opp will have his hands on your shoulder and neck so he can push you away. He will almost always try to 'hip out' and try to get his knee across your stomach to get back to guard;
1. Take your top hand and switch it to the other side of your opp's head - This prevents him
from getting anymore space backwards to get his knee thru.
2. Your bottom hand Grabs his gi pants (inside his knee) as you sit out towards his feet, make
sure you get your bottom knee under his ass.
3. Put your top knee on belly and drive your knee across stomach to the floor gaining full
mount
