Takedown: Foot on Hip- Kick Over

Start with normal gi grips (Right hand on opp's left collar and left hand on opp's tricep), you will normally do this takedown if you opp is bending over (if he isn't you can snap him down)

1. Put your right foot on his hip

2. Step your left foot up between is feet than sit your butt down towards down towards your heel

3. As you fall back keep your right knee in (dont extend it outward, you keep better control if you keep your knee bent) and kick your opp over your right shoulder as you roll over your left shoulder

4. Roll over with him and get the mount.

*If when you sit back you can not kick your opp over your head you can just sit into guard
