Spider Guard: Bicep Slicer

As you are going for the Spider Guard (you have double wrist control on your opp's sleeve) before you can get your shins on his biceps he starts to pass to your left.

1. Take your left foot, and from the outside, wrap it around his arm and cross his elbow. His forearm is now under leg and his bicep is now over your leg.

Now let him continue to pass left...

2. Triangle your legs so his arm is now stuck there

3. Let go of his sleeve with your left hand (the hand is around your leg)

4. Push down on your left knee. That will push your shin deeper into bicep causing him extreme pain, and the more he tries to pass your guard the deeper he goes into the lock.
