Back Mount: Gi Choke

When you have someone's back (preferrably sitting) with over/under control....

1. The hand that is over your opp's shoulder (right) reaches across grabs his left lapel- you want to get your thumb and deep behind his neck as possible

2. The hand that is under your opp's arm (left) reaches across and grabs his right lapel and pulls it straight down

Keep pulling down on his right lapel (w/ your left hand) as your right elbow stretches back as you lean back - You should get the tap no problem

**As you are trying to reach your right hand deep behind his collar your opp is most likely going to pull down on your wrist making it difficult to reach back that far. So rather than trying to reach back and fight your opp's strength you can use your left hand and grab same lapel and pull the lapel down feeding it deeper and deeper into your right hand! This is a great way to tighten your grip without fighting his strength
