You want to get your opps to bring his left foot back. so you...
1. Take your right foot and bring it between your opp's leg and try to hook his left leg as if you are trying to do a Judo throw...this forces your opp to lift his left foot and bring it to the back...leaving his right leg forward
2. Using the grip on his elbow (gi) left his arm up and drop down to both knees hugging his right leg
3. Your right hand reaches between his legs - left hand keeps control of his sleeve
4. Pull down with your left hand as your right arm throws his body upside down (the same motion as if you were doing a hookshot in basketball)
