If your opp has motion side mount...you should begin by having your inside elbow in, your outside hand underhooked high on your opp's back and your inside knee up preventing knee on belly...
1. Drop both feet to the ground
2. Bridge into your opp
3. Get to your knees, and as you do so...use your underhook to lift your opp's arm
4. Duck your head under his arm and get your opp's back
If you can not lift his arm up (if he uses a wizzer to push your back down)
4. Use your free hand and reach behind your opp's thigh....as he pushes into you...roll back and lift your opp over you, using your opp's momentum against him- You will end up in side mount
