As you are sitting back with the arm bar and your opp defends by holding his arms together...
Option 1
Switch your arms (slide your top arm thru and your bottom arm out) then push his elbow up until he lets go and sit back
Option 2
Feed his elbow deep under your bottom arm pit, post your top hand above his head then lean towards your side and sit back - its impossible for him to hold on, it puts too much pressure on his shoulder.
Option 3
Use your bottom foot and push on his bicep (if he lets go just sit back with the arm bar) if not slide your foot thru over his shoulder and take your top foot and put it behind his head - Pull him forward into a triangle
