Gi Choke: Criss Cross

1. Take your right hand and reach past the opposite side of your opp’s neck and grab the back of his collar as far back as you can.

2. Snake your left hand UNDER your right arm and grab as high as you can on the opposite side of your opp’s collar. Your hands are now criss-crossed in front of your opp's neck, holding his collar on both sides.

3. Squeeze your wrist’s together first

4. Then, keeping your elbows tight pull your opp’s head down to your chest
