Guard Pass: Arm Drag to Back Mount

From the closed guard...

1. Take your right arm and reach around your opp's (opposite) right tricep...pull it across your stomach and sit up tight into your opp getting your chest to his shoulder. You want to trap his arm across your body

2. Unlock your legs and bring your right foot to the ground and get your hook in

3. At the same time...each around your opp's back with your left hand and grab his far hip (or belt)

4. Take your opp's back and try to get your other hook in with your left leg - Get head and arm position- Your right arm over the shoulder and your left arm underhooks your opp's left arm
