Half Guard: Escape (Bridge and Roll)

1. Starting with left leg free and right leg around opp's leg

2. Get under hook with left arm and grab his belt

3. Hip out to left side and scoot yourself low towards opp’s hips

4. Right hand reaches under opp’s shin and pulls foot tight to his butt

5. Switch your feet

6. Extend your opp's leg straight

7. Bridge up and roll over your left shoulder while lifting your opp's leg up to get his weight forward

8. Get side mount
