1. Slide left arm under opp’s head and give shoulder pressure
2. Get right arm under opp’s arm and walk his arm up and around your head (Walk his arm up until you can pass it to your hand that is still under his head)
3. Get his arm across his throat and hold it there using your head (head to head)
4. Take your left knee and pass it over opp’s body, leaving mount to get side mount
5. Grab your bicep and the back of your head
6. Squeeze elbows together and get up on your toes to drive weight into him
