1. Reach your right arm under your opp's right arm and grab his left tricep...then pull his elbow onto your stomach
2. Put your left foot on his hip and pinch your right knee to his body
3. Lift your hips
4. As you drop your hips...bump your ass out to the left (onto your right hip) so your opp falls onto the mat.....trapping his elbow against your chest
5. Reach your left hand around his back and grab his lat
6. Get your left hook in, followed by your right
*As you reach your left arm around his lat as you are climbing around his back you can start the RNC with your right arm. You opp is thinking about protecting the other hook from getting in and he is not thinking about his neck yet!!
