Starting with over/under control (right arm under, left arm on opp's tricep).....
1. Using your left hand (the hand on the tricep) reach around and grab the opposite side of your opp's head (by his ear) and step back with your left leg (circling counterclockwise) pulling your opp's head down towards your armpit
2. Your left hand goes under your opp's neck in guillotine position
3. Your right hand holds your left wrist
4. Step your hips forward and crank counterclockwise lifting your right elbow up to finish the submission- You want your elbow in the middle of his throat and your bicep and forearm on his carotid arteries
You can finish right here but sometimes when you snap your opp's head down and reach under his throat for the guillotine he will grab your wrist and try to step backwards. As he does this his weight comes up fast which leaves him vulnerable to be taken down. So as your opp steps back pulling his head up out of the guillotine....
1. Step in with your left foot (heel, toe, knee) for the double leg. Both hands around the outside of his knees (pinching them together), your head is on his hip (looking up) and your right foot steps behind him so you can turn the corner for the takedown. You pull your opp's knees in towards your body and your head drives in the direction you taking him down.
