Drills: Elbow Escape from opp passing knee over to Mount

As your opp is sliding his knee across your stomach...let him almost pass, then roll away from your opp, touch your knee to your elbow and get your leg out and around your opp's leg. If you need to push on your opp's knee do not use your hand use your forearm. Then roll back the other way and do the same thing...touch your knee to your elbow and get your other leg out. If you end up with a butterfly on that side, hip out in that direction to creat space then get to full guard.

*It is important that when you roll to your right that you do not bring your left hand over! If you roll too far over or bring your opposite hand over your opp can take your back.
