I really like this takedown! Start with collar and sleeve (tricep) control....with your head tight to your opps shoulder...
1. You want to get your opp's right foot between your feet so circle counterclockwise, that should make your opp step between your feet.
2. Use your left foot to scoop up your opp's foot - Wrap your foot around his heel and lift it up off the ground.
3. Reach down with your left hand (letting go of his sleeve) and grab his leg pulling his shin up tight to your groin. Pinch your knees to hold it up there
4. Now reach down with your other hand and figure 4 your arms- Your left hand is under his leg and grabs your right bicep. Your right hands pushes down on the thigh like a RNC.
5. Push your opp backwards so he hops back opening his legs
6. Step back with your left leg, twist your hips and push your opp's thigh down....this will take him down on his back
