Guard: Inverted Cross Arm Bar

From closed guard.,,,

1. Grab double wrist control, put your feet on his hips and scoot backwards

2. Optional- Use your right foot to push your opp's left knee backwards

3. You roll to your right and get your left shin across your opp's face, let go of his left arm and only hold his right arm

4. Roll all the way around until you are facing your opp's feet and finish the arm bar
