Side Mount: Falling Back Arm Bar

If you have cross side with shoulder pressure (assuming your right arm is under his head) and you have his arm trapped....

**If you do not have his arm trapped; slide your top knee towards your opp's hip then clear his arm above his head and get your knee tight to his head, now his arm should be trapped and not mobile**

1. Slide your right shin tight to his body, as you sit on your right ass cheek

2. Put your left knee on the belly

3. Sit back with your opps arm under your right arm pit and pinch your left knee on top of his shoulder. Your left hand pushes on his chin to replace the pressure you were giving him with your shoudler so he can not turn and face you. Your right arm holds under the back of his elbow as you push his elbow up and arch backwards for the tap.

**If your opp bridges into you to try to escape make sure to keep pressure on his chin and just straighten your left leg and mount him. If he is able to get his left elbow (of the arm you are holding) to the ground, you will have to reach around with your left hand and grab his tricep and pull it up as you mount. Otherwise its going to be a fight for position.
