Z Guard: Triangle

Starting with your opp in the Z guard....

1. Reach up with your top arm and overhook your opp's arm

2. Your other hand grabs your opp's wrist and pushes it deep between his legs

3. Now unlock the Z guard and get your top leg high over your opp's back (almost as if you were going for an omoplata, in fact you could take the omoplata from here)

4. As you hip out, pull your bottom leg out and swing it around your opp's head

5. Lock your feet together and finish the triangle.
