Z Guard: Sweep

From the Z Guard, if your opp reaches his hand between your legs and holds your bottom leg from moving (this is a common way to try to pass Z guard)

1. Your top hand grabs your opp's wrist (or if he is wearing a gi you can grab his sleeve)

2. Straighten your top leg....which allows your opp to know try to pass your guard

3. Put your other hand on his hip

As he tries to swing around to pass your guard.....

4. Push his hip upward as your straighten your top leg (which puts pressure on his arm) as your bridge and roll over to the other side of your body
