Guard Pass: Fowler Pass

I saw Mike Fowler this pass and it takes some quickness but works well. You can do this pass from an open guard,,,,

1. Put your left hand on your opp's lapel (near his belt) on the adjacent side (his right side) - If no gi you can grab his wrist.

2. Your right hand is holding his left knee down (keeping his leg flat)

3. Now veryyyy quickly you are going to JUMP out to the SIDE (90 degrees) then immediately back into your opp getting your bottom knee to his hip right away!! As soon as you jump out you are going to let go of his knee with your right hand. This pass should be done so quickly that he will not have a chance to defend in any way.
